Brandon is a local government professional currently serving as vice president of programs for the i-GATE Innovation Hub, a regional organization with a mandate to drive economic growth through technology transfer, entrepreneurial assistance, integrated networking, and effective advocacy. In partnership with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories-CA, i-GATE brings together nine regional cities and the County of Alameda under the banner of innovation-based economic development.
As VP of programs, Brandon is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic partnerships, managing academic programs, and delivering effective client services through the i-GATE NEST incubator.
Brandon received his bachelor’s degree from CSU Sacramento, and he has held a variety of positions in local government, within the regulatory environment and the economic development world. Brandon has found his passion at the intersection of business and government, blending the agility and inventiveness of industry with the civic-minded nature of public service.
